His mission is to foster inclusive, safe spaces that champion personal autonomy, human dignity, and mutual respect.
Sifa James, MSW, LSW, is the Co-Founder and Co-Owner of Tumaini Support Services LLC. With a background in social work and experience supporting individuals and families, she is dedicated to providing compassionate, person-centered care that promotes dignity, independence, safety, and overall well-being.
